Target heart rate is an estimate of how hard you should work out while doing aerobic activity or other exercise. Find your heart rate by placing your finger on your opposite wrist, and pressing until you feel a pulse. Once you find your pulse, count the beats for 30 seconds and multiply by two. Drag the slider to indicate your age.
